Sales Policy

Thank you for expressing interest in our sale horses. Every sales program has their own policies and these are ours:

• There is no charge to try our sales horses the first time. If you would like to come back for a second ride, it will be booked as a lesson and charged accordingly. 
• Anyone planning to ride must sign our release form prior to the appointment. 
• Prepurchase exams are welcome on all of our horses and paid for by the buyer. Buyers will have 48hrs after the exam is complete to share information with their trainers/vets before a decision must be made. Vets in our area do book several weeks out depending on the season. For the quickest availability, I recommend Westwood Animal Hospital (540) 337-6200
• A 5% non refundable deposit will take the horse off the market for seven (7) days otherwise every horse stays on the market until funds are received. Deposit will be applied towards purchase price. A deposit is not required but a horse remains on the market and available to others until sold.
• For those who would like to purchase a horse site unseen, please schedule a phone call to discuss a horse in detail. We are happy to provide additional pictures and videos for you if you are willing to answer our questions as well.
• Five (5) days of board is included in purchases to allow time to arrange transportation. Day rate board and training services available for those needing to stay longer. We have sold horses all over the country and are happy to help arrange shipping.
• Cash, cashiers check, and electronic payments are accepted. Funds must be received before the horse can leave the property.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, please be sure to clarify a horse’s current price when you inquire about them.
