Come join in on a fun day of jumping gymnastics! Great for all levels of horse and rider to improve basics, balance, rhythm, and more. Lessons will be of small groups and roughly one hour long. Class heights available for everyone including “Dressage over poles” for those wanting to stay on the flat. Cost is $55 per rider and please sign up by Thursday August 27th with payment to hold your spot. A class schedule and ride times will be published on Friday. Contact Josie with any questions!

Dressage Workshop
Saturday October 1st at 10am
RE Sporthorses, LLC ~ Fort Defiance VA

The day will start with a workshop to discuss dressage and all the elements related to it. Great for riders of all levels to learn more about dressage and ask questions. During lunch, you will be able to watch a couple demonstration rides. After the class, those that would like to ride will have picked out a dressage test to ride with their horse. Riders will then take turns riding their test, having a mini lesson on how they can improve their test and then reride their test. Cost is $65 for the workshop and riding a fix-a-test and $45 for the workshop and auditing the fix-a-tests. Please sign up by Thursday September 29th with payment to hold your spot. Bring a chair for the workshop and your own lunch. Haul ins, please let me know if you need a stall for the day (limited availability). Contact Josie with any questions!

Come join us for a relaxed dressage show at RE Sporthorses to practice some tests! It will be a relaxed, casual experience for horse and rider. Any USDF and USEA tests can be ridden. This show will be judged with ribbons to sixth place. Cost is $45 for one test or $35/test for two or more. Entries close the Thursday before the show and ride times will be posted the Friday before the show. Haul ins must email me a copy of current negative coggins. Contact Josie with any questions.

Tarps, balloons, and tires oh my! Looking to work on your horses confidence and exposure to different obstacles? Come join us for a day of understanding obstacles and how to boost your horses confidence while exposing them to scary things. Lessons will be available in hand during the morning and under saddle in the afternoon. Sign up for one or both. In hand horses should be in a rope halter and handler should have a stick/whip of choice. Lessons are $45 each or $75 for both. Entries close the Thursday before the clinic and payment is needed to hold your spot. A class schedule will be posted the Friday before the clinic. Contact Josie with any questions!
