Frankie is a tank of a mare, a true 17hh with a thick build. Retired steeplechase Thoroughbred now eventer, she is ready to continue climbing the levels. Frankie started her eventing career towards the end of last season, easily qualifying for Area Championships. She has also been out fox hunting and loved observing the hounds from the whip position. She has schooled training level and modified cross country with ease and now working on getting her dressage and stadium up to that level. She is schooling lateral work and counter canter in her dressage work. She will start this season at novice level, quickly stepping up to training level. She is sweet and easy to handle but not a fan of clipping or beauty time. Frankie is turned out with a group of mares and is the boss mare in her field. She stands for vet/farrier perfectly and loads/hauls beautifully. She has had a round of ulcer treatment, adequan, and routine body work. More pictures and videos available upon request.
